Traditional VFX is slow and expensive, and you can point at every frame and say who made the decision. Generative tools are fast, and they will happily invent a villa that does not exist. For property work that is not a feature. A buyer who arrives to a different roof line does not care that the model was impressive.
We use generation where it earns its keep: extending a plate, finishing a motion pass, iterating a graphic, illustrating an interview. We do not use it to dress a plot into a resort. That is one of the working standards on Our values.
The 3D render tour is the honest version of 'the building is not there yet.' It is labelled as a model because it is a model. AI that pretends to be a finished villa is a different product, and it is not this studio's.
If a generated pass cannot hold the same look as the live shoot, it does not ship. Art direction is the filter. Being AI-made is not treated as an achievement.
