Developers and operators

Keep every launch moving without losing the look.

We sit inside the launch, not next to it. FPV, the walkthrough, the film, and the page that takes the lead. Same brief. Same look. Your team keeps selling.

200+

immersive projects since 2020, from land plots to large developments

One project, read two ways

How Anjuna Bay became a launch system, not a folder.

Anjuna Bay had to be understood before anyone booked a flight. We did not treat the air and the ground as two suppliers. The FPV pass is for movement: how you arrive, how the site sits, how the spaces connect. The virtual tour is for staying: a buyer can steer the rooms themselves.

That is the shape of a developer brief. Overlapping assets. One look. A page that can take a lead when the film is still open in another tab.

  • FPV for arrivalHow the site sits, how you move through it, what a still set leaves out.
  • Tour for stayingA buyer can walk the rooms without waiting on a call.
  • The same project on a pageThe cut and the tour should land where a lead can ask for a viewing.

What we carry on a developer brief.

Not a menu you have to assemble. We pull the pieces the launch actually needs, and we keep them in one look.

01

FPV and aerial

Arrival, terrain, and how the site sits. Shot on the same day as the rest of capture when the brief allows it.

02

Virtual tours

Walkthroughs of the place as it is, or from renders when the rooms do not exist yet.

03

Property film

A sales cut, not a drone dump. Short-form assets come off the same shoot.

04

Page and follow-up

The landing page, the form, and tracking so the film does not die as a link in a chat.

Selected work

Why operators keep the film, the tour, and the page in one studio.

A shoot without a page is a folder. A page without the shoot is a brochure. Developers do not have time to run three suppliers through that gap.

A selection from 200+ immersive projects.

A clear path from brief to review.

01

Send the brief

Place, timeline, unit count, and what is blocking the yes. Form or WhatsApp. That is enough to start.

02

One channel

We answer from Bali, usually within a day. You should not need a status meeting to know where the cut sits.

03

Review the work

Cuts and tours come back for comment before anything is treated as final. Notes go on the work, not on a calendar hold.

Pricing

Clear from the start.

One published launch price. Ongoing work across overlapping sites is quoted after we have seen the brief. No invented monthly number.

Open offer

IDR 25,000,000 reference, one launch

Immersive Property Launch

For Bali developers with five or more units who need the project understood and sold before the build is finished.

  • Virtual tour
  • FPV walkthrough
  • Aerial footage
  • Sales-oriented property film
  • Short-form social assets

Ongoing

Quoted after a review

Overlapping launches

More than one site, the same look, capture planned so the work does not collide. We say what a month can hold once we have the list.

  • Multiple sites in one look
  • Film, tour, and page in the same brief
  • WhatsApp as the working channel
  • Review on the cuts, not on a deck
Send the sites

Reference price for one launch system. Scope can change it. We are not listing every service here on purpose.

From first review to ongoing production.

01

Project review

We look at what already exists: the site, the renders, the brand, and where the actual gap sits.

02

Capture

Shot list and flight plan locked before anyone shows up. Photography, film, FPV, and aerial in one coordinated day when the brief allows it.

03

Delivery

Tour, edit, page, and tracking handed over documented. If the next launch is already lined up, we stay on.

Questions developers ask.

What does a developer launch include?

The open offer is virtual tour, FPV walkthrough, aerial footage, a sales-oriented property film, and short-form social assets. The landing page and tracking sit in the same brief when the project needs a place for the lead to land.

How does pricing work?

The Immersive Property Launch has a published reference price of IDR 25,000,000 for one launch system. Scope can change it. Ongoing work across overlapping sites is quoted after a review. We do not invent a monthly number before we have seen the sites.

Can you run more than one site at a time?

Yes. That is the usual shape of a developer brief. Capture is planned so overlapping launches still share a look. We take the work we can keep consistent. We do not stack sites until the look breaks.

Do you work outside Bali?

The studio is in Kerobokan. Selected work includes Nusa Penida, East Nusa Tenggara, and Koh Samui. Permits and access are confirmed before we fly.

What if the building is not finished?

That is a normal brief. We tour from the site as it stands, and from 3D renders when the rooms do not exist yet. A buyer should still recognise the place when they arrive.

What happens after the first cut?

You review the cuts and the tour before anything is treated as final. Changes that stay inside the agreed brief are part of delivery. A new site, a new story, or a second launch is a new scope.

Do we have to manage the production?

No. Send the brief. We answer on WhatsApp. Reviews happen on the cuts and tours, not on a call for every frame. You should not need to run three suppliers to get a film, a walkthrough, and a page.

Send the project. Tell us what is blocking the yes.

Place, timeline, unit count, and who you need to convince. We reply from Bali, usually within a day.
